National service & the OMBAC connection

Matt Hawkins entered the USA sevens squad in 2008 while playing for OMBAC. World Rugby’s Wellington and San Diego announcement names him as an OMBAC newcomer. He later represented the USA at the 2009 and 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens and coached the national sevens side. His fifteens record contains one cap, against Russia in Glendale on June 5, 2010.

Reported 37 World Series appearances requires event-unit corroboration before adding to the tournament aggregate.
