National service & the OMBAC connection
Pat Blair played for the USA in both fifteens and sevens while building a military rugby career through the Army’s World Class Athlete Program. His archived XV record establishes one senior cap, and World Rugby’s 2019 tournament documentation provides a dated sevens minimum. His official Army athlete page preserves a later military portrait; it is labelled separately from playing photographs.
