National service & the OMBAC connection
Ryan ReBell made his USA sevens debut at Beijing in 2002, according to the contemporary coach report preserved in national team manager Emil Signes’s archive. It explicitly records him earning debut caps, establishing at least one played World Series tournament. He later appeared in the Classic Eagles roster at number eight, which credits three USA A appearances. OMBAC includes him on its original Eagles roll.
