National service & the OMBAC connection
Todd Giuntini toured Australia with the USA under-23 side in 1996, according to UC Davis Rugby’s history. The Aggies record him as an All-American in both 1996 and 1997. The original July 1997 national announcement lists him at prop in the USA Development XV squad assembled to face Wales, with Bing Dawson helping lead its training camp. His development and squad service are recognized here without assigning senior test caps.
Selection, development service and played senior tests remain distinct.
