National service & the OMBAC connection
Andrew “Tui” Osborne represented the USA in sevens and earned two fifteens caps in 2007. The national archive names him in the Bangkok touring-team photograph from October 2006, and OMBAC’s international backline included him during its Super League era. His later rugby career continued into coaching.
